Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Pudsey is looking for a Lettings Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will handle enquiries face-to-face, by phone and online, book appointments, register applicants and encourage viewings to hit branch targets while promoting our full range of lettings services.

You will receive full training on lettings regulations, combine strong customer service with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and solid IT literacy to succeed in this

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. Let's talk about the role. It involves

• You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
• Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
• Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
