Job summary

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is looking for a Sales Negotiator at our Pudsey Branch. This full-time, permanent role offers a 9:00–17:30 Monday to Thursday, 9:00–17:00 Friday, and 9:30–13:00 on Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rotation.

The basic salary is £25,000 with on target earnings of £5,000 in commission. You will proactively respond to enquiries, progress sales to completion, encourage valuations, and maintain regular contact with buyers to gather feedback after viewings.

• Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Good relationship building with clients and colleagues.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator at our Pudsey Branch. This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
• Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
