Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator in Pudsey. This full-time role offers a salary of £27,500 per year with a realistic OTE of £35,000.

You will handle enquiries, book appointments, and drive sales to completion, while supporting clients throughout the process. We value experience in delivering high levels of customer service, building relationships, and working toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries face to face, by phone and email; book appointments and pursue sales targets.
• Progress sales from enquiry to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encourage valuations and promote company services including mortgages.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback after viewings.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey You'll enjoy a standard workweek. The salary is £27,500pa with a realistic OTE of £35,000pa (uncapped).

Let's talk about the role. It involves

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for proactively responding to enquiries, face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meet sales targets.
• You will progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.

• You will need to deliver the highest level of customer service both face to face and on the phone and you will also be engaging directly with our client in regular progress meetings at which you will table and present weekly sales updates.
