Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Headingley is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team. In this full-time, permanent role you’ll liaise with prospective tenants, qualify their needs and match them to suitable properties, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and oversee referencing to hand over keys.

You’ll be commercially aware and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while following office procedures and KPIs.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. This role offers a realistic OTE of up to £32,000 (uncapped).

Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
