Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Ripon is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our team. This full-time, permanent role offers a base salary of £25,000 with on-target earnings of £5,000 in commission, and a structured week Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

You will proactively respond to enquiries, progress sales to completion, and encourage valuations while building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively responding to enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.

• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator at our Ripon Branch. This is a full‑time, permanent position. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.

The basic salary is £25,000 with on target earnings of £5,000 in commission
