Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Pudsey is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on meeting sales targets, progressing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic lettings and estate agency environment.

You will respond to enquiries, drive valuations, and liaise with buyers, mortgage providers, and other parties to push sales to completion, while delivering excellent customer service both in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically; set appointments and meet sales targets.

• Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback after viewings.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. You'll enjoy a standard workweek. The salary is £27,500pa with a realistic OTE of £35,000pa (uncapped).
Let's talk about the role. It involves

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for proactively responding to enquiries, face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meet sales targets.
• You will progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company’s services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
