Linley and Simpson in Pudsey is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator for a full-time, permanent role. The package includes a salary of £27,500 per annum with a realistic OTE of £35,000, uncapped, and opportunities to progress sales from enquiry to completion.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and drive targets while maintaining regular contact with buyers and presenting weekly sales updates at progress meetings.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver high level of customer service face to face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries face to face, over the phone and electronically; set appointments and meet sales targets.

• Encourage valuations and use of company services for selling and mortgage arrangements.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback after viewings.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for proactively responding to enquiries, face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meet sales targets.
• You will progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
