Linley and Simpson in Leeds is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our North Leeds team. This full-time, permanent role offers a 38.75-hour week with standard hours and an alternate Saturday. On Target Earnings of £24,000 to £26,000, plus opportunities for bonus and progression.

As part of Lomond, we value local knowledge and people-first service. You will respond to enquiries, book viewings, progress sales to completion, and help clients navigate valuations and mortgages.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in North Leeds. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. On Target Earnings of£24,000 to £26,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

1) Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.

2) Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.

3) Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.

4) Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
