Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Clacton is seeking an Assistant Lettings Branch Manager to lead a busy lettings team. You’ll drive tenant viewings, negotiate tenancies and grow the local rental market, with uncapped commission and a focus on service excellence.

The role includes a company car, elite bonus scheme, funded Level 3 training in Property and Housing Management, and clear career progression within the UK’s largest independent property services group.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Experience leading others in a professional environment
• Proven track record delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Understanding of current Residential Lettings legislation

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
• Market properties to tenants using various skills
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Assess/value properties for the market
• Support the team to achieve KPIs
• Assist the team in the manager's absence
• Generate new and repeat business
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards

A day in the life of an Assistant Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Clacton, Essex:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
• Providing support to your colleagues in your manager’s absence
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local areaEnsuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
