Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Clacton, Essex, is seeking an Assistant Lettings Branch Manager to lead and develop a busy lettings team. You will drive landlord and tenant service, grow the local rental market, and support the branch in achieving targets.

The role offers leadership progression, an uncapped commission scheme, a company car and a structured training path including a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management, with strong potential for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate) is required.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/value properties for the market.
• Help the team achieve KPIs and support the manager in their absence.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvass local area.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.

A day in the life of an Assistant Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Clacton, Essex:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
• Providing support to your colleagues in your manager’s absence
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local areaEnsuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
• Ensuring your colleagues and the business in risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
