Job summary

Venue 360 Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Leisure Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our leisure facilities. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a customer-focused approach, with shifts across daytime, evenings and weekends on a 4-week rolling rota.

You will supervise staff, maintain health and safety standards, handle reception duties and contribute to potential digital marketing or coaching initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations in a busy leisure facility.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Good timekeeping and a pleasant demeanour.
• Experience in leisure or fitness facilities is desirable.
