Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager for a part-time, 15-hour-per-week role. You will lead a team of operational staff, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee day-to-day operations of the leisure centre to high standards.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification is preferred; training will be provided.
• Experience in Duty Management or similar role is desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Be responsible for day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard.
• Contribute to understanding the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
