Qualifications

• Experience in leisure or related industry in a small/medium enterprise.
• Current NPLQ and Pool Plant Operators qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of health and safety and customer care.
• Develop innovative leisure programmes to boost usage and profitability.
• Act as duty manager on shift and lead staff when required.
• Assist in staff training, performance records, and events management.
