Places for People Group, trading as Places Leisure, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy leisure centre. You will recruit, coach and supervise staff, handle customer concerns and drive memberships, while representing the brand in meetings and reports.

The role demands leadership, a strong customer-service ethos and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and public holidays to keep the centre running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/leading a leisure facility team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• First aid experience is beneficial and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit and train staff to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Deal with customer concerns and drive up memberships.
• Prepare reports and attend meetings to represent Places Leisure.
• Lead a team and ensure efficient day-to-day running of the centre.
