Job summary

Venue 360 Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Leisure Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our leisure facilities. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a customer-focused approach, with shifts across daytime, evenings and weekends on a 4-week rolling rota.

You will supervise staff, maintain health and safety standards, handle reception duties and contribute to potential digital marketing or coaching initiatives.

Job description

Closing date for applying: Sunday 18th October 2026. Location: Venue 360. Position type: Part time (approx. 30 hours per week (4 days) across a 4 week rolling rota, including daytime, evenings and weekends). Hourly rate: £14.15 per hour.

The Role: As a Leisure Duty Manager, you will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, a customer focused approach and the ability to manage day to day operations in a busy environment. In addition to operational responsibilities, there is scope to become involved in digital marketing or sports coaching allowing you to broaden your skills and make a wider impact within the business.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Running the day to day operation of the leisure facilities
• Supervising staff and supporting other team members
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Reception duties
• Carrying out opening and closing proceduresCleaning and maintenance duties

About You

• You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must be able to demonstrate confidence in a managerial role.
• You must have good timekeeping and a pleasant demeanour along with a sociable nature.
• You must have a customer focused attitude.
• You must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts including daytime, evenings and weekends.
• You must have good PC skills.

Desired Attributes

• Ideally you will have experience of working in a leisure or fitness facility and previous experience of a supervisory role.
• Previous use of leisure software is desired along with a sports coaching qualification, first aid training or an interest in digital marketing.
