Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across a busy leisure centre. You will lead a team, ensure clean, safe facilities, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role is fixed-term for up to four months, 37 hours per week, with training provided. Candidates must hold RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and have experience in duty management or similar.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a leisure facility or similar setting.
• Experience in duty management or similar role.
• Strong commitment to customer service and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre to ensure high service levels.
• Lead and develop a team of operational staff.
• Manage day-to-day duty management and centre running to highest standards.
• Contribute to centre performance and budget considerations.
• Support training and development for staff.
