Job summary

Langstone Quays Resort in Oswestry, United Kingdom, is seeking a Receptionist for our Leisure Club. You will be the first point of contact for hotel residents and club members, delivering a warm welcome and promoting facilities and services throughout the resort.

This full-time role, 40 hours per week, includes weekdays and weekends, phone duties, guest queries, and close collaboration with other teams to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent face to face customer service skills and excellent telephone manner.
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and organised.
• IT skills such as word, email and databases.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and friendly welcome for all members and guests.
• Undertake general reception duties, dealing with customer feedback.
• Ensure phones are answered in a timely and friendly manner.
• Perform required administrative duties.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Work well with team members and other departments within the resort.
• Act as an information hub for members and guests.
• Communicate effectively between members and management, relaying issues and information.
