Job summary

LQ Resorts is seeking a Receptionist for our Leisure Club in Weston Rhyn. You will be the first point of contact for hotel residents and club members, delivering a warm welcome and promoting facilities and services throughout the resort.

This full-time role involves 40 hours across five days, including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.96. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, handle phones efficiently and contribute to a professional, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent face to face customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and well organised.
• IT skills including Word, email and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome for all members and guests.
• Handle general reception duties and customer feedback.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Carry out administrative duties as required.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments within the resort.
• Be an information hub for members and guests.
• Communicate effectively with management and relay issues.
