Our client is an industry-leading water management company known for their expertise within the water hygiene, treatment, and legionella sectors. They are currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor based in or around the Reading area. The successful candidate will come from a strong legionella consultancy background with experience under-taking legionella risk assessment to blue‑chip clients. Applications will be considered from – Slough, Woking, Guildford, Basingstoke, Farnham, Farnborough, Watford, London, Luton, Stevenage, Croydon, Ilford, Basildon, Crawley, Chelmsford, Dartford, and St Albans.

Experience / Qualifications:

• The successful Legionella Risk Assessor will have previous experience carrying out legionella risk assessments.
• Must be conversant with ACOP L8 guidelines and knowledge of HSG274 would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including using Microsoft Office Package.

The Role:

• Carrying out water monitoring on a range of sites.
• Temperature monitoring, tank inspections, and remedial works as and when required.
• Monitoring air and water systems and ensuring they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
• Maintaining and installing dosing systems.
• Produce accurate reports.
• Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with clients and customers.
