Responsibilities
- As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring water hygiene compliance and safety across various sites.
- Conducting comprehensive legionella risk assessments.
- Reviewing schematics and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Building strong relationships through client liaison and consultations.
- Preparing detailed and professional reports on findings and recommendations.
- Advising on remedial works to mitigate risks.
- Providing expert advice on PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) in water hygiene.
- Managing multiple sites and ensuring smooth consultation processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in conducting legionella risk assessments.
- Strong technical knowledge of water hygiene and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to interpret and review technical schematics.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant qualifications in water hygiene or risk assessment (preferred but not essential).
Day-to-Day
- Visiting client sites to perform risk assessments and inspections.
- Collaborating with clients to provide tailored solutions and advice.
- Reviewing and updating schematics to ensure compliance.
- Preparing high-quality reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Advising on and overseeing remedial works to improve water hygiene systems.
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of services.
