Job summary

Litera is seeking a Solutions Consultant in the UK to drive adoption of practice-of-law tools across strategic and enterprise clients. The role is hybrid, based in Nottingham or London, with in-office presence required at least 3 days a week for collaboration.

You will translate complex legal workflows into practical solutions, partner with legal professionals, and influence product direction while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience practicing law in a top-tier firm or in-house legal team or 5+ years in Consulting or SaaS.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work at pace with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset with ability to influence customers and guide best practices.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-changing tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and engagement across accounts, delivering measurable value.
• Develop and execute success plans to increase usage and retention.
• Deliver enablement through training, consultations, and GenAI guidance.
• Use insights to identify growth opportunities and targeted strategies.
• Build customer advocacy through champions, case studies and testimonials.
• Influence product direction via feedback and market insights.
• Lead onboarding and rollout strategies for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams.
