Ward Hadaway is seeking a Technology Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve technology training across Newcastle upon Tyne, Leeds or Manchester. You will support lawyers and business services with a blend of classroom, virtual and self‑service learning.

You will promote adoption of new applications, ensuring colleagues work securely and efficiently, while contributing to productivity and client service excellence through effective learning solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering IT training in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating training materials and e-learning content.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver engaging technology training programmes for staff at multiple offices.
• Deliver end-user training across Microsoft 365, document and case management systems.
• Tailor training approaches for partners, lawyers, and support staff.
• Identify skills gaps and recommend learning solutions and software development opportunities.
• Create and maintain user guides, quick reference materials and e-learning content.
• Support IT projects with structured training and user adoption activities.
• Promote IT best practices and effective technology use across the firm.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify training requirements.
• Evaluate training impact and maintain accurate training records.
