Job summary

Express Solicitors Limited is seeking a proactive IT Trainer to join our Training Department in Manchester. You will design, deliver and coordinate IT systems training across the firm, ensuring staff can use Proclaim and other applications confidently.

You will also support the graduate training scheme and create engaging learning resources. The role requires experience delivering IT systems training, especially in professional services or legal settings, proficiency with Proclaim, Rise 360 or

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT systems training in a professional services or legal environment (essential).
• Proclaim experience (highly desirable).
• Experience in instructional design and eLearning tools (Rise 360, Storyline).
• Experience supporting graduate/induction programmes (desirable).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and standard legal software (essential).
• Professional training qualification (PGCE, TAP, CIPD L&D or similar) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver IT systems training to staff across the firm.
• Deliver Proclaim training sessions tailored to departments and roles.
• Support IT systems component of graduate/induction training programmes.
• Create interactive eLearning content (videos, tutorials, simulations).
• Provide 1:1 or small‑group training and refreshers.
• Maintain training materials and reflect system updates.
