Addleshaw Goddard LLP is seeking a Senior Legal Technologist to join the Practice Innovation pillar of the Innovation & Legal Technology team in Leeds. You will drive adoption, evaluation and value of the firm’s legal tech stack, ensuring tools align with real client delivery and ROI.

You will monitor the market, assess new products including Generative AI developments, and coordinate with IT, Procurement and risk teams to implement scalable, compliant tech solutions across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in legal technology, innovation or technology-enabled change within professional services.
• Power Platform expertise including workflow, reporting and internal solutions.
• Coding skills in web-based languages to support lightweight technical solutions.
• Experience evaluating legal technology products, supporting trials or rollouts, and comparing tool functionality against business needs.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the legal tech market and Generative AI developments relevant to the firm's tool stack.
• Benchmark and evaluate new and existing tools across tasks, workflows and use cases.
• Test new use cases on existing technologies and communicate findings to teams.
• Track ROI, adoption and value realisation for tools within the firm's stack.
• Maintain a central view of features, differentiators and overlap across tools.
• Support trials, pilots and evaluations of new legal technology with stakeholders.
