Job summary

IT Training/Learning & Development Specialist role in a London-based law firm requires delivering and improving technology training programs for lawyers and staff. Qualifications

• Experience delivering and developing technology training in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting user adoption of enterprise technologies.
• Familiarity with legal or professional services applications (e.g., iManage).
• Experience delivering training using virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technology Learning & Adoption services aligned with global standards and regional business needs.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training to support technology adoption and user effectiveness.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for lawyers and business professionals.
• Develop courseware and user documentation aligned to business needs.
• Ensure all training materials are current, accurate, and aligned with firm technologies.
• Identify common challenges and recommend solutions.
• Reinforce best practices and promote efficient, consistent use of firm systems.
• Provide practical feedback on training approaches and delivery methods.
• Maintain awareness of changes to firm technologies and update learning materials accordingly.
