Job summary

We are partnering with a well-established legal services organisation in the UK to appoint an IT Trainer. The role is hybrid, focusing on onboarding, day-to-day IT training, and developing engaging online resources to support colleagues at all levels.

You will help users build confidence with technology, deliver training across the organisation, and continuously improve content and delivery methods in a collaborative IT team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to diverse user groups.
• Ability to create engaging training content for different levels.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging IT training to users across the organisation.
• Provide IT onboarding and training for new starters.
• Develop refresher and role-specific training modules.
• Create online content, user guides and training resources.
• Identify training needs to improve technology adoption.
• Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders on learning requirements.
• Support implementation and adoption of new systems and tech.
• Review and improve training content and delivery methods.
• Provide a supportive learning experience for users with varying ability.
