Job summary

Carey Olsen in Southampton is seeking a Technology Trainer to design and deliver training that helps colleagues maximise technology use. You will promote user adoption, embed best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role offers hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 in the office, a 35-hour week from 9am to 5pm, and a benefits package including leave, discretionary bonus, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-person, remote and blended training.
• Knowledge of learning models and facilitation methods.
• Experience identifying training requirements and knowledge gaps.
• Familiarity with eLearning creation tools.
• Legal industry experience is advantageous.

What your day-to-day will look like
