Job summary

A purpose-led independent law firm is seeking a Legal Support Manager to oversee legal administration for the Employment team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Legal PA's while managing financial performance and providing KPI analysis. We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Support Manager. You will be overseeing the operation and legal administration for the Employment team.

What we need from you
  • Experience in delivering strong legal and administrative support to large teams.
  • Understanding of financial metrics within a law firm e.g financial reporting, WIP and utilisation targets.
  • Supervisory experience.
What you'll be doing
  • You will lead and manage a team of Legal PA's, supporting the growth and development.
  • Understand the financial metrics , in order to support your Head of Department with financial performance, including financial reporting / monthly billing and proactive WIP management.
  • Provide fee earners with KPI analysis
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding colleagues in the department.
