Join our Financial Model Assurance Services team and play a key role in supporting global infrastructure and energy projects. You'll work with major investment banks, bond issuers, and construction companies, ensuring our contractual arrangements are robust and risk-free. This position is part of our Financial Services stream, offering you the chance to contribute to risk management and control. If you're experienced and ready to make an impact, we want you on board.

Responsibilities

• Support global infrastructure and energy projects by ensuring contractual arrangements are robust and risk-free.
• Collaborate with major investment banks, bond issuers, and construction companies.

Qualifications

• Legal/Paralegal background, or equivalent;
• Background or exposure in contractual management (preferable in an accounting, corporate finance or professional services environment);
• Pragmatic and commercially-minded and keen to develop a career in project finance;
• Good project management skills and desire to take ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks;
• A confident self-starter who contributes ideas and shares an interest in helping to grow the business and to grow with it;
• Good commercial skills and judgement;
• An eye for detail;
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and team working skills.
