A leading housing provider in the Midlands seeks a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to be the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action. The role involves working closely with housing teams and external partners to manage complex situations. Candidates must have CIH Level 3, a full UK driving licence, and a good understanding of Housing Law. This position offers an annual salary of £37,400, without visa sponsorship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action, working closely with our housing teams, community safety colleagues and external partners. Your role is to bring balance to difficult situations, using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From building strong evidence to representing Amplius at court, your work will directly influence customer wellbeing, organisational risk and our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. DBS clearance is required for this role. Please read the attached Job Description before applying so you get the full scope of the role.
