Legal Counsel

Greater London – £90,000 - £100,000

The role will cover Commercial, HR, and Facilities legal functions and will involve both internal legal management and collaboration with external counsel as needed.

Please note: The role requires 5 days in-office from their West London location. After the probation period, this will reduce to 4 days in-office per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
  • Advise on commercial transactions, risk management, and compliance
  • Handle employment matters, including contracts, disputes, and HR policies
  • Manage property-related legal issues and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as primary legal resource and oversee external counsel relationships
  • Implement cost-effective legal solutions and risk management strategies
Essential Requirements
  • UK-qualified solicitor with 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in commercial law and employment law
  • US law experience essential
  • International experience is a plus
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
