  • Supporting fee earners and management with financial information and queries.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Overview

Our client, a well established and highly respected law firm, is seeking a Legal Bookkeeper to join its supportive and long standing team.

While the role will be primarily based in the Lurgan office, there may be flexibility in the future to work from the Belfast office on occasion. The firm offers a friendly, professional environment where accuracy, reliability, and discretion are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day to day bookkeeping duties in line with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules
  • Processing financial transactions, including office and client account entries
  • Reconciling bank accounts and preparing financial reports
  • Managing payment runs and liaising with suppliers and clients regarding accounts
  • Supporting fee earners and management with financial information and queries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven bookkeeping experience (legal sector experience preferred but not essential)
