Job Title: Legal Administrator

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established firm based in London, is looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to support their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to gain experience within a professional legal environment and play a key role in the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to fee earners and legal support staff
  • Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate case records
  • Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Assisting with billing, time recording and expenses
  • Liaising with clients, third parties and internal departments
  • General office administration as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
