Lecturer in Art & Design

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Lecturer in Art & Design to promote and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline and a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards one.
• Knowledge of contemporary and historical contexts, current issues, trends, theories in Graphic Design, and of BTEC & A Level Specifications.
• Experience of successful teaching of Art & Design on BTEC and A level courses, as well as experience of delivering tutorial/pastoral care to a group of students.

Salary: up to £39,101

Location: Burnley College Sixth Form Centre, on-site delivery.
