Confidential in Stockport is hiring a Property Coordinator to support a growing leasing and resident services function. You will coordinate enquiries, viewings, and communications, guiding applicants through referencing and move-in, and keep listings and CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in coordination, administration, customer service or property is beneficial.

• Confident using systems, databases and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating enquiries, viewings and customer communications
• Supporting applicants through referencing and move-in processes
• Managing property listings, images, descriptions and online updates
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
• Liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting residents with queries and general requests
• Monitoring applications and ensuring timelines are met
• Providing administrative and operational support to the wider leasing team
