Location: Any office in West Sussex (Worthing / Hove / Brighton / Horsham) + remote / hybrid working
Salary: Market rate + strong benefits package

We are seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join our expanding Leasehold Enfranchisement & Block Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a flourishing department at a pivotal stage of growth, with the chance to influence and help shape the future direction of this busy and strategic practice area.

About the Role

This opportunity is suited to a solicitor with 3-10 years' PQE, bringing solid experience acting for both freeholders and leaseholders across the full spectrum of enfranchisement matters. You will have a demonstrable track record in this specialist field, ideally supported by a client following, strong referrers, or established avenues for generating work.

You will handle a varied and interesting caseload including:

  • Lease extensions (statutory & voluntary)
  • Collective enfranchisement
  • Right to Manage (RTM)
  • Freehold acquisitions
  • Associated advisory work for managing agents, freeholders and leaseholders

You will join a supportive team with the autonomy to develop your practice, backed by excellent departmental infrastructure, cross-referral networks, and genuine opportunities to progress.
