This role will provide additional learning support and individual support for students who have high needs and SEND, to enable them to enjoy a fully inclusive college experience and to achieve and progress. We would expect applicants to have an understanding and experience of some of the following Special Educational Needs – Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Social and Emotional Mental Health, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, Dyspraxia and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties.
