Location: Portsmouth, PO2

Start Date: ASAP or January 2026

Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Pay: From £13.96 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 15:30 PM

About the Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups to access lessons and activities
  • Encouraging social skills, resilience, and self-esteem in a nurturing environment
  • Assisting with classroom routines and helping create a calm, structured atmosphere
  • Working closely with teachers to deliver inclusive learning opportunities
  • Monitoring progress and providing feedback to support pupil development
  • Promoting safeguarding and confidentiality at all times
