Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools and PVP Department at Langley College campus on a full-time, term-time basis. This fixed-term role runs until July 2027.

The role supports whole classes, groups or individuals in line with college policies, assisting with planning, delivery and review of learning activities, and supporting students to access education and overcome barriers.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include Level 2 GCSE English and Mathematics (4/C or above).
• Experience working with young people is desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Support students to access classes and overcome barriers.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and development of English/Maths/ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
