Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Schools and PVP Department at Slough and Langley campuses. This full-time, term-time role runs until July 2027 and involves supporting students in classes, small groups or individually under supervision of teaching staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with learning activities, supporting students to access learning, and helping with English, maths and ICT development.

Qualifications

• Planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Experience supporting online learning or providing physical assistance.
• Understanding of neurodivergent learners and learners with additional learning needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of young people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Support students to overcome physical, emotional and learning barriers.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records, adapting materials as needed.
