Qualifications

• Essential: Level 2 qualifications such as GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics.
• Experience supporting learners with varying needs is desirable.
• Ability to work within college policies and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Support students to overcome barriers to learning and engage with class work.
• Monitor behaviour and maintain confidential records in line with policy.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment as required.
