Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools and PVP department at our Slough and Langley College campus on a full-time, term-time basis. The role is fixed-term until early July 2027, with 37 hours per week across 38 term-time weeks and a pro rata salary from £21,737.99 to £23,274.31.

You will support classes, groups or individuals under supervision, helping learners access activities, achieve goals and progress in English, maths and ICT while

• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Support students to overcome physical, emotional and learning barriers.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment as required.
