Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in the Fawley area on a long-term basis. You will provide classroom support and 1:1 assistance for a pupil with SEN to help them access learning and reach their full potential.

Work closely with the class teacher and the school's SEN team to foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment and support the pupil's academic, social, and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is advantageous.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting young learners.
• Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one.
