Overview

Heath Farm School is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. You will support teachers to take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, maximise pupils' achievement, and help pupils develop.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the positive, supportive learning environment we provide. You will work with individual pupils and small groups, preparing classrooms and materials, and building positive relationships to promote interaction and learning. You may assist in the planning and delivery of lessons in a creative and positive setting.
