Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in educational or related settings.
• Patient and calm demeanor capable of handling pressure.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils.
• Desire to learn about SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Help children stay engaged and focused in their learning.
• Support emotional regulation and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement support plans.
