We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Skills Coach to support apprentices & adult learners across our Business, Professional, Accounting, and Finance curriculum. You will facilitate engaging, inclusive learning experiences in classroom and workplace settings, assess learner progress, contribute to curriculum development, and support pastoral and welfare systems. You will manage a caseload of learners and employers, monitor progress, ensure quality assurance, build relationships with stakeholders, assist with recruitment, and support onboarding & enrolment processes.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in the business & professional sector. Experience in teaching, training or assessing is required, and you will be willing to undertake a teaching/assessing qualification if not already held.
