Are you a Psychology or Criminology graduate in Bedford or the surrounding area looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people as a Learning Mentor / Behaviour Mentor? Do you want to apply your knowledge of behaviour, mental health, and human development in a meaningful, hands‑on role?

We’re looking for a Learning Mentor / Behaviour Mentor to join a dedicated inclusion team and support students who need guidance, structure, and emotional support to thrive in school.
