Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Development professional in the United Kingdom to design, deliver and embed leadership and organisational development interventions. You will partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, deliver engaging programmes, coach senior leaders, and ensure behavioural change through measurement and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month role based in Devizes, with responsibilities spanning workshops, events

Qualifications

• Design, deliver and implement learning, leadership and organisational development interventions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and create impactful people solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills delivering learning programmes, workshops and events to diverse audiences.
• Coaching and influencing colleagues, including senior leaders.
• Strong relationship-building across all levels of the organisation.
