Anne Corder Recruitment has partnered with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Partner for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role is based in Ely with hybrid working.

You’ll deliver digital learning initiatives, work closely with the Head of Learning & Development, and drive projects that make a real impact across the organisation. If you enjoy a dynamic environment and stakeholder collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development role.
• Experience designing engaging learning solutions using digital and classroom-based approaches.
• Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
• Experience working within a complex or matrix organisation with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work with ambiguity.
• The ability to think on your feet, pivot when required and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify learning needs and develop practical solutions.
• Design and deliver blended learning programmes, including digital and face-to-face learning.
• Support the continued development and optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Lead digital learning projects from concept through to implementation.
• Create engaging e-learning content and learning pathways that support business capability.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions.
• Support the implementation of new learning technologies and continuous system improvements.
• Produce reporting and insights to support learning effectiveness.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to create business-relevant learning content.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.

12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Ely | Hybrid Working

Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in delivering digital learning initiatives, partnering with the wider business and driving projects that make a genuine impact across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing as Learning & Development Partner

• Partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify learning needs and develop practical, engaging solutions.

What We're Looking For – Learning & Development Partner

This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, commercially aware and enjoys building strong relationships across a complex organisation.
