Buckinghamshire New University is seeking a People Development Partner (12 months maternity cover) to drive the introduction of a new Learning and Performance platform and support culture change across staff groups. The role includes development for Academic and Professional Services members, with scope for fresh ideas that move the university forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management/system implementation.
• Experience with apprenticeships and leadership development.
• Ability to provide development for Academic and Professional Services staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the new Learning and Performance platform for all staff; run sessions on usage and culture change.
• Lead internal apprenticeship schemes; partner with providers to advertise programmes and support learners.
• Provide advice, training and development sessions with priority topics in collaboration with specialist areas.
